Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
MAIN FUCTION: Provides professional direction, supervision and coordination for Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program Implements policies and procedures to assure regulatory compliance to all Federal, State, LME and Agency rules and regulations.
Education/Experience:
- Is a Psychiatric Nurse, practicing Psychologist, Psychiatric Social Worker or:
- Graduate of a college or university with an advanced degree in a related human service field and having 1 years of supervised clinical experience in mental health services or:
- Graduate of a college or university with Baccalaureate degree in a related human service field and having 2 years of supervised clinical experience in mental health services or:
- Graduate of a college or university with a Baccalaureate degree in a non-related field and having 4 years of supervised clinical experience in mental health services.
Direct supervision of QP, AP and PP staff.
- Direct supervision of administrative staff at local site.
- Assure compliance to all applicable rules, regulations, and policy, including Federal, State, LME/MCO and Agency.
- Assures clinical policies and procedures provide the best means for direct care staff to carry out their responsibilities in policy and program implementation. Assure all deadlines are met.
- Directs and participates in all audits, including Federal, State, LME/MCO and Agency.
- Conducts personnel performance reviews in accordance with Personnel Policy and Procedures.
- Provides training, motivation, goal setting and supervision to branch and field staff.
- Directs the implementation of approved procedures to achieve the maximum productivity, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Review and maintain accurate and complete personnel charts on all staff.
- Participates in Team Meetings, Care Planning and other meeting, as necessary.
- Work with the mental health agency to solve day-to-day problems regarding clients and/or their families.
- Makes on-site supervisory visits and complete required documentation.
- Audits Clients and Administrative Charts to ensure completeness, accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Provide On-call support to both field and administrative staff.
- Provides communication between agency and responsible parties.
- Supervises and coordinates all therapeutic services delivered by the agency.
- Review and maintain accurate and complete clinical charts on each client and assure regulatory compliance.
- Review progress notes for completeness. Ensure all paperwork is submitted in a timely manner.
- Implements, monitors and participates in quality assurance and improvement program.
- Participated in orientation/education/training of direct care staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

- Assigns Transportation Coordinator
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed
