Duties
- Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate the workflow of various departments, including carpentry, materials handling, and assembly.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing training on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices in fabrication and millwork.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste within the plant.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment, including power tools and forklifts, to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall performance.
