We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Clinic Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our Occupational Therapy clinic. This role bridges patient care and clinic operations by ensuring efficient front-office workflows, excellent patient service, and strong staff coordination. The ideal candidate has prior experience in healthcare administration, strong leadership skills, and a passion for helping others in a clinical setting.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 2 years of medical office management or healthcare administrative experience.
- Familiarity with occupational therapy or rehabilitation services is a plus.
- Proficiency in Fusion or any EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of health insurance and medical billing processes.
Work Schedule:- Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:30 - 5:30 with an hour for lunch
