YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PATIENT TREATMENT AND FINANCIAL CASE MANAGER
Your day as a Patient Treatment and Financial Case Manager starts with meticulously checking/auditing new patient paperwork, ensuring every detail is accurate and ready for the team. You participate in a lively daily huddle, presenting reports and organizing essential documents to kick off the day smoothly. As new patients arrive, you greet them warmly, provide an engaging office tour, and create a welcoming experience. During consultations, you listen attentively, address concerns, and gather key details while conducting exam screening tests to support precise treatment planning. You document crucial exam information and present transparent financial plans for out-of-pocket costs with clarity and professionalism. In this management role, you collaborate with your team, guiding new patients through their agreements and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
Here's what our medical office needs from you:
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with patients and team members
- Highly driven, motivated, and eager to succeed in a dynamic environment
- Incentive-driven with a passion for maximizing earnings, and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Previous sales experience in medispas, real estate, medical device sales, or pharmaceutical sales a plus, but not required. All training is provided on site!
