WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
We offer a lucrative pay structure, your base salary will range from $40,000-$60,000, depending on experience. Top performers can earn an additional $40,000-$50,000 in commission, with the potential to exceed $100K!

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM (occasionally until 6:30 PM), Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

You'll greet each patient with warmth and confidence, guiding them through treatment plans and financial options with ease. You're not just making a sale-you're helping people invest in their health. You'll handle objections effortlessly, educate patients on cash-based healthcare solutions, and close high-ticket treatment plans without insurance roadblocks. Between patient interactions, you'll stay organized, follow up with leads, and ensure high conversion rates-all while collaborating with a team that shares your drive for success.
WHAT'S REQUIRED OF OUR SALES SPECIALIST – FINANCIAL CASE MANAGER?
- Proven sales experience with a background in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, medispas, real estate, or other high-ticket sales industries is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust, explain value, and confidently close high-dollar transactions
- A motivated closer who is results-driven, professional, and eager to exceed quotas and maximize commissions
- Business-minded and professional, with knowledge of the financial side of patient care and sales-driven healthcare services
