We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Administrator to oversee various office tasks within our plumbing division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting background and be comfortable working in a construction environment. The Administrator will play a key role in ensuring that projects run smoothly and that all administrative duties are handled with precision.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative operations and support our plumbing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, schedules, and documentation.
- Bill clients for projects completed
- Facilitate communication between team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- Assist with inventory management for materials needed on-site.
- Print blueprints to assist in project planning and execution.
Skills
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferred
- Works well in an office environment
- Knowledge of plumbing preferred but not required
- Other duties as assigned & needed in the different departments
