Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this part time role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Maintain sized clothing sections on sales floor.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Manage inventory by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Maintain an understanding of current promotions, sales trends, and store policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse customer needs.
- Proficiency in cash register operations and basic retail math skills.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
