What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist position at Carolina West Dental?
Carolina West Dental islocated in Waynesville, NC (Just 25 miles west of Asheville) is looking for a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! We are a busy, multi-provider, privately owned group dental practice in business since 2008.
Responsibilities of this position include: checking patients in and/or out, scheduling appointments on our cloud based patient management software, answering a multi-line phone system, confirming insurance coverage & eligibility and other duties as needed. MUST be bilingual Spanish and English (verbal and written). Prior medical or vision office scheduling experience required, dental office experience preferred. Must be a team player, have a welcoming personality and be able to multi-task!
Key competencies/traits are verbal and written communication skills, professional personal presentation, customer service orientation, attention to detail, motivated self starter and reliable. Someone who possesses kindness and compassion with common sense will excel in this role!
Competitive hourly rate starting at $17/hr DOE and benefits, including health insurance, matching retirement plan and THREE weeks paid time off to start. Hours are 8-5 Monday thru Thursday and every other Friday from 8-3. NO EVENINGS - NO WEEKENDS - NO HOLIDAYS!!
