Job Summary: The emergency department registration supervisor oversees patient registration activities in the ED at CarolinaEast Medical Center, ensuring efficient patient flow, accurate patient information collection, and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Patient Access Associate Manager, Manager and/or Director this individual is expected to lead the team of ED registrars, define, and delegate responsibilities, and maintain optimal staffing levels at all times. The supervisor assumes a crucial role in maintaining standards of ED registration services and promoting overall patient satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:
