Job Description:
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) with excellent people skills to join our IVF clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in women's health, office procedures, and electronic medical records.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Abstract patient charts
- Clean and set up rooms between patients
- Perform blood draws and take patient vitals
- Room patients and chaperone providers during procedures
- Assist with laboratory orders and IUI notes
- Verify medical information and enter it into the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
Requirements:
- Completion of CMA course and maintenance of certification as a medical assistant
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- 1-2 years of experience in women's health (OB/GYN)
