Job Description :
We are seeking a Machine Operator for a peanut processing plant in Elizabethtown, NC. The ideal candidate will operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient processing while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Operate, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment.
Monitor machines to ensure proper operation and detect any malfunctions.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Inspect products for quality assurance and report defects.
Record production data and report any discrepancies.
Work efficiently to meet production quotas.
Requirements :
Previous experience operating manufacturing or food processing machinery preferred.
Ability to work 3rd shift (overnight) from 11 PM to 7 AM.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to follow safety and food quality regulations.
