Job Description :
The temp Administrative Assistant is a 6-week assignment and will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling clients, producing reports, and handling backend administrative work as needed. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and have basic tech savvy skills. They should be able to multitask and have leadership skills. The Administrative Assistant should also have excellent customer service and customer support skills.
Responsibilities :
- Answer phone calls
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining contact lists and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to the owner
- Preparing and distributing reports, presentations, and data analysis
- Assist with data entry and other accounting tasks as needed
- Coordinating meetings clients
- Maintaining records and files
Requirements :
Office Hours :
Monday to Friday - 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00pm
Pay : $13.00 to $15.00 per hour depending on your experience.
