What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Horizons East LLC?
We are a growing residential construction company in search of an Administrative Assistant!
Some absolute must haves: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, a teamwork attitude, strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the willingness to figure out obstacles.
Candidate MUST be willing to continually strive for self improvement, growth and process improvement within the company as well as the position. Potential candidate should also be well versed in technology and assorted platforms. This job is very diverse position that requires the ability to work throughout several different types of tasks at different times.
Job tasks to include but not limited to:
- Payroll
- Accounts Payable - invoicing, checking bills for accuracy, reviewing bank transaction and QuickBooks
- Work within the company's project management platform - updating job statuses, closing of jobs and pulling weekly report.
- Handling insurance for company vehicles, Workman's comp and Builders Risk
- Company Vehicle reporting, maintenance and inspections
- Communicate in a professional and concise manner
- Interact with team with a can-do/figure it out type attitude
- Respond quickly and be able to prioritize when several tasks come to light simultaneously
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
