Job Summary: Production Technicians will assist the Production Manager and Assistant Manager with an array of duties that take place in the production room and vault. Production Technicians will be given specific tasks to complete in an efficient, timely, compliant, and safe manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accountable for receiving products, reviewing test results, and preparing products for retail sale
- Involves inventory management and tracking
- Package and prepare marijuana flower and pre rolls for retail sale
- Must be on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts
- Be precise to ensure accuracy in labeling
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Strong organizational skills are mandatory; required to turn out large quantities of product under tight time constraints
- Prepare and execute transfers between stores
- Secure storage of product and organization of the vault
- Perform other duties as business needs require, at the direction of management
- Compliance with Standard Operating Procedures & CCC Regulations
- Consistently show up to each shift with a positive attitude, and ready to contribute to the team

Job Requirements (Education & Experience):
- Must be over the age of 21
- Must be able to pass CORI background check
- Must be able to successfully complete a Responsible Vendor Training Program in accordance with 935 CMR.105
- Success working closely with a myriad of different personality types
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
- Genuine enthusiasm and love for cannabis and the cannabis industry
- Positive attitude
- Must be able to qualify for Marijuana Establishment Agent licensure
- Attention to detail
- Valid Government Issued Photo ID
