What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sourcing Recruiter position at CaroMont Health?
Job Summary: Collaborate with the HR Leadership Team, internal Recruiters, and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies based on needs of the positions assigned. Develop and maintain a ready pool of candidates through various recruiting technologies, networking, recruiting events, etc. Stay current and implement sourcing/recruiting best practices. Build a strong presence at local recruiting events. Other duties as assigned by HR Leadership Team.
Qualifications: Qualified candidates must have an associate’s degree with 3 years of direct sourcing experience or a high school diploma and 5 years of direct sourcing experience. Direct sourcing experience is defined as demonstrated success in using Indeed, LinkedIn, candidate lists, and other forms of recruiting technology to engage candidates and drive them towards applying and interviewing with hiring managers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good judgment skills are required. Advanced knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Previous experience with applicant tracking system required. Considerable ability to deal tactfully with all CaroMont Health employees, prospective employees, and the public. Healthcare recruiting or sourcing experience is strongly preferred.
