The Marketing Coordinator is not only technically savvy but also fun, motivated, and a team player. This individual will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will support all aspects of the marketing department. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, independent learner with strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue generation.
Role and responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following:
· Content Creation & Writing: Assist with developing content for blogs, case studies, product descriptions, website pages, and social media campaigns. Help enhance our online visibility by contributing to SEO-driven strategies directed by the CMO.
· Web Content Management: Collaborate on maintaining, updating, and analyzing website content to ensure it is current, accurate, and fully optimized.
· Email Marketing: Assist with the creation, deployment, and analysis of email marketing campaigns in the form of newsletters, product updates, and lead nurturing campaigns.
· Design & Creativity: Help with the creation of visually appealing content for various marketing channels, including social media graphics, website, brochures, and presentations.
· CRM Management & Lead Generation: Support lead management by inputting and maintaining CRM data and assisting the sales team with following up on leads generated from marketing campaigns. Assist our integrator network with lead management and updating records to the CRM.
· Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows, open houses, and other industry events, showcasing our innovative products and fostering a fun and welcoming brand presence.
· General Marketing Support: Provide general support to the CMO and broader marketing and sales teams, jumping into ad-hoc marketing projects with enthusiasm and flexibility.

Software skills:
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
· Experience with social media platforms and creating engaging content.
· Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing automation tools, a plus.
· Basic knowledge of website builder platforms (e.g. WordPress), SEO, email marketing platforms, and web analytics.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; and/or 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in a technical or B2B environment.
· Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical topics.
· Attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Familiarity with industrial automation, CNC machining, or manufacturing technologies is a plus.
· Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs.
