We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse who shares our passion for delivering exceptional patient care and is committed to making a meaningful impact in our community. As a member of our Emergency Department team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented and dedicated group of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to delivering compassionate and personalized care to every patient, every time.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and coordinated care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements:
* Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed within 30 days
* 1 year of professional nursing experience in an acute care setting, preferably in an Emergency or Critical Care role
* BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
