Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel/resort, ensuring all departments are functioning effectively.
- Lead and mentor staff, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve overall service quality.
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Foster relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and positive reviews.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel or resort management.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations, guest services, and overall hotel management practices.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with guests from various backgrounds.
