Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring all departments function cohesively and efficiently.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise staff to foster a positive work environment and promote professional development.
- Implement effective guest relations strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage budgeting processes, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining high service standards.
- Coordinate night audit processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and profitability.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations and improve service delivery across all areas.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field, with a strong understanding of resort operations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Experience in supervising staff, managing budgets, and implementing operational strategies.
- Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices, with a focus on enhancing guest relations.
- Familiarity with revenue management techniques and night audit procedures is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members alike.
