Job Description
This role is part of our Admissions team and involves interacting with guests at various points in the park, including toll booths, ticket sales, and guest experience areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for scanning tickets and season passes, activating season passes, managing VIP parking, printing re-entry tickets, and checking IDs for compliance with our chaperone policy.
Responsibilities
- Ticket Processing: Scan guest tickets and season passes, activate season passes, and print re-entry tickets as needed.
- Parking Management: Manage the VIP parking lot and ensure that it is running smoothly.
- ID Verification: Check IDs to ensure compliance with our chaperone policy.
