Job Role:
The Cabana Server plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our resort. This involves taking food and beverage orders, serving guests promptly, and handling transactions accurately.
Main Tasks:
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and transmit them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve orders promptly and ensure that all guests receive their requested items
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to guests' needs and responding promptly to requests
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Some high school education or equivalent
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling
- Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
