We have two opportunities, one on 1st shift and one on 2nd shift for new Electronics Techs in our Maintenance Department.
Our technicians are responsible for keeping our Foam and Fiber Plant producing bedding, furniture, carpet pad, fiberfill, automotive carpet underlayment, and filter media for our customers.
The successful candidates will:
- Have education and experience totaling 3 years OR a minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in maintenance involving programming and troubleshooting PLCs
- Be proficient installing new equipment according to electrical specifications provided
- Be proficient welding and fabricating fixtures, replacement panels, guards, etc.
- Be proficient with heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, etc.
- Be highly mobile and be able to work in tight spaces and elevated areas, climb ladders, reach overhead, and lift 50 lbs. of more safely
