Carpenter & Paterson, Inc. is currently hiring for a full-time Inside Sales Representative to work out of one of our offices in Donora, PA. Responsible for supporting sales department by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support. Follows up with customers, completes orders, and processes sales leads.
Essential Duties:
- Establish, develop, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in order to generate new business for the organization’s products and services.
- Respond to prospective customer inquiries and requests for quotations.
- Support existing product lines by fielding technical questions from customers.
- Identify new business opportunities within distribution, end user targets, and large industrial projects.
- Assist outside sales personal with all phases of project related information.
- Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries.
- Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
Days/Shift:
- Monday thru Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm
Ideal Candidate:
- Must have a great attitude and good work ethic
- Good organizational skills and the ability to learn our products and processes
- Above average verbal and written communication.
- Must be able to work under time pressures, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
