Job Description
- Support attorneys with all aspects of real estate transactions, including commercial and residential closings
- Review titles, surveys, and prepare necessary documentation for real estate transactions
- Coordinate buy / sell and loan transactions from inception to closing
- Communicate directly with title underwriters to prepare title commitments and clear title requirements
- Draft closing documents, entity resolutions, and closing statements
- Prepare lease summaries and assist with entity documentation
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines
- Maintain organized schedules and ensure attorneys meet all deadlines
- Track and maintain records of billable hours
