Job Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of duties. They will include tow motor operation, shipping and receiving of material, cutting and packaging of matrial, upkeep/cleaning of showroom and warehouse maintenance functions.

Hours are 9:30am-1:30pm Monday to Friday or could possible arrnage for a longer day 2-3 days a week

This is a physical job! You should understand that you will be on your feet a majority of your shift.

Here is a list of tasks that you can expect to perform during a typical

Receive incoming carpet shipments and verify the accuracy of the delivered products.

Inspect carpets for damages, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues to the supervisor.

Safely and efficiently unload carpets from delivery trucks and transport them to the appropriate storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.

Organize and store carpets in designated locations based on size, style, and type.

Maintain accurate inventory records by updating stock levels, properly cutting carpets, labeling carpets, and conducting regular stock counts.

Prepare carpets for shipment by picking, cutting, and packing orders according to customer requirements.

Keep the showroom/warehouse clean, organized, and free from safety hazards by regularly sweeping, removing debris, and following proper waste disposal procedures.

Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to optimize operations and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
