In this role, you’ll work with our production team to assemble, fabricate, and inspect carports and metal structures. Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and are comfortable working with machinery and hand tools. Experience in metalworking or manufacturing is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right individuals.

In this role, you’ll work with our production team to assemble, fabricate, and inspect carports and metal structures. Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and are comfortable working with machinery and hand tools. Experience in metalworking or manufacturing is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and Fabricate: Follow production plans to assemble carports, roll-up doors, and other metal structures to exact specifications.
- Operate Machinery and Tools: Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively in the fabrication process.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect materials and completed products to ensure they meet company standards for durability and quality.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Maintain a Clean Workspace: Keep the production area organized and clean, following all safety protocols.
- Assist with Loading and Shipping: Help prepare completed products for shipping, including loading and securing products for transport.
- Follow Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
