Essential Functions:
IT Technical support team is responsible for working in a managed helpdesk environment:
- Install/configure/operate/maintain workstation hardware, Microsoft OS, various industry specific software and providing end-user support, via helpdesk.
- Provide feedback for maintaining installation and configuration procedures
- Contribute to maintaining system standards
- Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The ability to quickly adapt to new situations, a strong commitment to a team environment
- A willingness to learn new technologies
- The ability to de-conflict requests/requirements, and the ability to establish, maintain, and follow documented processes and procedures.
- High School Diploma
- Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Desktop OS’s and application suites is required. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are also required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Windows Desktop Support a plus.
- Special consideration will be given to applicants with Certifications; MCP and higher and CompTIA A .
