Essential Functions :
- Coordinate, organize and schedule engagements to ensure all deadlines are met
- Anticipates and proactively resolves client issues / concerns. Strengthens client relationships
- Leads discussions with client and / or project team
- Provide timely feedback on each engagement to ensure staff learning and development.
- Coaches and mentors assigned staff members on their assigned engagements.
- Review complete set of financial statements and related disclosures to ensure we are compliant with reporting requirements
- Review work papers to ensure we are compliant with quality control document
- Research accounting issues and provide solutions
- Properly plan and manage engagements to ensure completion.
- Capability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrates ability to supervise team members on multiple engagements
- Become an expert within assigned niches. Demonstrates industry and client knowledge to provide additional value.
- Facilitate in monitoring the quality of our product and the performance of our personnel
- Maintain public certification and adequate Continuing Professional Education units
- Assist in special projects assigned by Partners
- Develop new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the firm
- Delegates effectively and monitors progress; communicates issues, ideas, and changes to team members and project leader on a timely basis; responds to team members and project leader requests on a timely basis
- Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients.
- Begins to set expectations with client (after partner consultation) regarding overruns and communicating them as incurred; finds innovative ways to mitigate overruns
Qualifications :
