We are actively seeking a Client Services Team Representative to join our dynamic team. Essential Functions :
- Requesting, gathering, and reviewing tax information for the preparation of tax returns
- Scanning paper tax information and organizing electronic files
- Maintaining confidentiality of all legal documents and information
- Utilizing and manipulating spreadsheets to track important client information and business processes
- Fostering customer relationships and communicating regularly and professionally with clients via telephone and email regarding tax matters
- Managing assigned projects in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
- Other duties as requested or needed to maintain the efficient processing of documents and communications within the firm's internal operations
Qualifications :
