CRI is currently looking to hire an IT Administrator team member to support the CRI offices located in Albuquerque, NM.
Essential Functions :
- Serves as a primary point of contact between the CRI IT department and the local office branch
- Provide user support to firm staff by installing, configuring and maintaining user endpoints
- Maintaining server hardware and software
- Engage with end users and the CRI IT Engineering, Networking and Security teams to resolve complex IT issues
- Deescalate user issues and frustrations
- Follow, maintain and even establish documented processes and procedures
- Perform a variety of daily systems monitoring to verify and ensure system integrity and performance
- Occasional travel (day and / or overnight), after-hours maintenance and on-call support are requirements for this position (CRI utilizes remote support technologies to minimize travel requirements by IT personnel)
Qualifications :
