IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to provide technical and systems support to our New Mexico office and other locations. This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated and versatile IT professional to get hands-on with a variety of technologies while making a tangible impact on the organization's infrastructure. This will be a hybrid position, based in Albuquerque.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
$33.00-38.00 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

Job duties will include:
- Maintaining software, hardware, and networks across all office locations.
- Ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure through monitoring and maintenance of firewalls and network configurations.
- Providing help desk support, troubleshooting remote and on-site issues.
- Supporting platforms like Zoom, SharePoint, and RingCentral.
- Acting as a self-starter and independent worker who can drive projects forward.
- Creating, documenting, and implementing strategies for improving IT processes and systems.
- Occasionally travel to various office locations to support on-site infrastructure needs.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of professional IT experience, including 2 years in systems administration.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of network concepts such as Class A, B, and C subnetting and IP ranges.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Meraki, Intune), networking hardware (e.g., Ubiquiti) and similar IT tools.
- Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting tools such as Zoom, RingCentral, Adobe, OneDrive, Office 365, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
- Certifications such as AZ-900 or CMSS are a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
- Ability to travel to other office locations to provide on-site support, as needed.
- Project management skills, including vendor coordination and team leadership.
- Experience in a legal or law firm setting preferred.
