Compensation
- $50,000 - $55,000 Average Annual Pay (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing a high level of ethical customer service to our clients while scheduling service and repairs for residential, commercial, and light industrial HVAC systems.
- You will get and update customer "Bill To" and "Site" information for our software system.
- You will assign, dispatch, monitor, and ensure all work orders are closed with appropriate supporting documentation promptly.
- Responsible for assisting in the administration of Residential and Commercial PM Contracts.
- You will help track retention, loss of, and new contract holders.
- Responsible for performing various administrative duties to assist our team. Develop and maintain reports for items assigned by the Service Manager, Operations Manager, Service Coordinator, and/or Owner.
- Maintain fleet maintenance and service records, including updating the Excel spreadsheet.
- Keep track of time sheets for the technicians, ensuring clock times are properly recorded.
- Assist other office personnel with clerical assignments as needed. Perform other duties and/or tasks as assigned by management.
- Perform cross-training for other office positions, especially for Installation Administration.
- Appearance: You will maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
Job requirements
- 3-5 years of HVAC service work and installation experience
- Experience in management
- EPA Certification
- NATE Certification is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Must demonstrate a working knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must be Authorized to work in the U.S.
