What's my primary role?
- Coordinate, manage and evaluate resident care and unit operations
- Monitor timely, concise documentation of resident care in EMR
- Provide pertinent information regarding resident care to physicians when making rounds
- Evaluate staff performance and oversight of direct care performance
- Assure compliance with principles of infection control and universal precautions
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
- CPR Certified
- Previous managerial experience (preferred)
- Experience in Long-Term Care/Skilled Rehab/Memory Care preferred
- Exceptional leadership, clinical and customer service skills
- Strong commitment to resident centered care and innovative care delivery
- Ability to motivate, build caring relationships, and communicate effectively
