YOUR ROLE AS OUR LONG-TERM CARE UNIT MANAGER:

As a Long-term Care Unit Manager, you competently oversee everyone from our nurses to our residents! From managing staff to meticulous record-keeping, your day is a blend of leadership and hands-on support. With a keen eye for detail, you ensure compliance while fostering a culture of accountability and empowerment.

Engaging with residents, organizing activities, and providing compassionate care are the highlights of your day. Does this sound like the right fit for you? If so, you must meet the following requirements to qualify:

  • RN license
  • Experience in long-term care
  • Supervisory or management experience

 

WORK SCHEDULE:

This full-time position works 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM.
