Carrico Aquatic Resources, Inc. is a leading service provider in the commercial swimming pool and spa industry. With offices in Iowa and Wisconsin, we partner with clients throughout the midwest with products and services designed to maximize efficiency in all aspects of aquatic operations and management.
As a result of continued growth, we are adding a Purchasing Assistant to our team in Wisconsin.
General Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receptionist for incoming calls and visitors to facility
- Data entry of customer orders in to QuickBooks
- Assist with researching parts, placing and tracking purchase orders
- Assist with inventory management
- Manage warranty claims and tracking system
- Filing and general office duties as assigned
- General housekeeping
- Assist with organizing company meetings and meals
- Assist with educational programs and events
- Assist with errands as needed
- Participate in company research and development projects
- Be on outlook for new products/services that will give Carrico Aquatic Resources, Inc. a competitive edge on customer reliability
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal skills
- QuickBooks experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
