We operate primarily in the B2B environment, selling our products through licensed HVAC dealers and contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver, and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. With over 200 locations across 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada, we are well-positioned to meet our customers' HVAC/R needs.

Job Summary:
The Business Development Representative will provide customer sales and support for residential and contractor sales of HVAC equipment and HVAC parts, and supplies. This role is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual who will be responsible for promoting sales through our website to our Customer/Dealer network. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth by developing, maintaining, and advancing accounts through regular customer contact. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Develop customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service with incoming customer calls.

Business Opportunities: Seek out new business opportunities by making outbound sales calls to existing customers.

Sales Growth: Grow sales and gross margin with assigned accounts/customers.

Training and Development: Train and develop assigned customers on company technology tools to enhance commission sales.

Consultative Sales: Use sales and account management processes to consult with customers to increase their knowledge of our products and programs.

Effective Communication: Communicate effectively both externally and internally.

In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of HVAC terminology and HVAC product knowledge is a plus but not required

Customer Service background (prefer at least 2 years' experience).

High level of Customer Service.

Charismatic attitude.

Desire to succeed/self-motivated.

High sense of urgency.

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Ability to follow-up and follow through.

Excellent computer skills including MS Office products.

Requirements:
High school or equivalent (Required); AA/AS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field desired.

1 years of inside sales experience or call center sales or customer service experience.

CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.com.

Customer-oriented approach with the ability to listen and understand customer needs.
