With over 200 locations across 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada, we are well-positioned to meet our customers' HVAC / R needs.Company Website : www.carrierenterprise.comJob Summary : The Business Development Representative will provide customer sales and support for residential and contractor sales of HVAC equipment and HVAC parts, and supplies. This role is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual who will be responsible for promoting sales through our website to our Customer / Dealer network. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth by developing, maintaining, and advancing accounts through regular customer contact. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Customer Relationship Management : Develop customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service with incoming customer calls.Business Opportunities : Seek out new business opportunities by making outbound sales calls to existing customers.Sales Growth : Grow sales and gross margin with assigned accounts / customers.Training and Development : Train and develop assigned customers on company technology tools to enhance commission sales.Consultative Sales : Use sales and account management processes to consult with customers to increase their knowledge of our products and programs.Effective Communication : Communicate effectively both externally and internally.In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications : Knowledge of HVAC terminology and HVAC product knowledge is a plus but not requiredCustomer Service background (prefer at least 2 years' experience).High level of Customer Service.Charismatic attitude.Desire to succeed / self-motivated.High sense of urgency.Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow-up and follow through.Excellent computer skills including MS Office products.Requirements : High school or equivalent (Required); AA / AS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field desired.1 years of inside sales experience or call center sales or customer service experience.CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.com.Customer-oriented approach with the ability to listen and understand customer needs.Benefits : Health InsuranceHealth Savings AccountDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceDisability Insurance (Short-term and Long-term)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Tuition Reimbursement Professional DevelopmentPaid Vacation Sick timeCompany Paid Holiday's401(k) Plan with Employer MatchEmployee Discount ProgramInvitation to ApplyFull-time and part-time positions are available.
