Job Description
Senior e-Procurement Implementation Specialist – Orlando, Florida | REMOTE
As a Senior e-Procurement Implementation Specialist at Carrier Enterprise, LLC you will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of our digital sales solutions. You will partner with internal sales associates to identify customer needs, define business processes, recommend best practices, and lead the configuration of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of digital sales solutions including, but not limited to EDI, Punchouts, Hosted Catalogs, API’s | CMXL.
- Onboarding eProcurement solutions related to cXML Punchout projects by guiding customers through setup, development, and testing.
- Assist in pre-sales activities by identifying customer requirements, business procedures, and problems to improve existing systems and successfully present software solutions to clients.
- Determine customers e-procurement purchase order (PO), and invoice submission requirements.
- Project manage technical integrations.
- Provide sales associate and customer training.
- Drive technology adoption.
- Delivery ongoing customer technical support.
- Coordinate platform upgrades.
- Provide input into engagement decisions, including workplan and timelines.
- Conduct software solution testing, including unit, integration, and regression test plans.

Requirements
Preferred Skills And Experience
- 3 years of experience implementing and integrating B2B ecommerce solutions including Punchout, EDI, Hosted Catalogs.
- Ability and experience working in a remote team environment.
- Knowledge of Atlassian Jira, TradeCentric (formally Punchout2Go), Infor Cloud Suite Distribution (CSD) ERP, EDI Platforms (SPS Commerce, True commerce or similar).
- Working knowledge with SAP Ariba, Coupa or other hosted e-procurement platforms.
- Experience with CXML schema mapping.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with vendors, customers, and internal sales, technical, and management team members.
- Ability to identify customer needs, define business processes, and recommend best practices.
- Experience in producing technical specifications and systems integration requirements.
- Ability to support sales by participating in pre-sales customer-facing activities, including presentations and requirement analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable communicating technical solutions to internal sales teams and customers.
- Must have prior experience gathering and documenting e-Procurement workflow requirements.
- Must have prior experience managing and implementing e-Procurement software integration projects.
- Specific integration project solutions should include some of the following integration types: Punchout, CXML, Hosted Catalogs, EDI.
