Vice President of Information Technology
Job Summary: The Vice President of Information Technology will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's IT operations, ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with business goals. This role involves strategic planning, managing IT resources, and leading a team of IT professionals to support the company's growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
- Direct an ERP data conversion and migration from a legacy Infor product to Infor Cloud Suite Distribution (CSD).
- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all IT systems and data.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximizing ROI.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technological solutions that enhance business processes and customer experience.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the company.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and cybersecurity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT management.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies in a large, multi-location organization. International experience is a plus.
- Experience leading ERP migrations.
- Knowledge of CRM, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Business Intelligence platforms.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and digital transformation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in the HVAC industry or a related field is a plus.
