Join us and we can make a difference together.About This RoleAs the Digital Technology Business Partner, you will focus on supporting Carrier’s Marketing & Communications function and play a pivotal role in supporting the creation and execution of marketing and communication strategies through innovative technology solutions. This position serves as the key partner to Marketing & Communications, ensuring seamless alignment of technology with business objectives to drive performance, enhance customer experience, and help amplify our brand’s impact. You will oversee the integration, operation, and optimization of Carrier’s digital marketing technology stack, ensuring compliance, scalability, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities : Technology Strategy, Leadership & InnovationCollaboratively develop and execute a comprehensive digital technology strategy that aligns with Marketing & Communications strategies and objectives, driving long-term value.Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders in Marketing & Communications to understand business needs and translate them into technology requirements.Partner with Digital Marketing to co-lead the development, execution, and maintenance of technology roadmaps for Marketing & Communications that deliver against business requirements while ensuring scalability, security, and innovation.Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and trends to enable innovation and keep Carrier at the forefront of digital transformation.Platform Management and OperationsOversee the management of digital platforms, including content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM), analytics tools, and marketing automation solutions. Collaborate with Marketing & Communications and act as a liaison to provide business requirements for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to the Digital COEs.Ensure platform stability, scalability, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Drive operational excellence through standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement.Integration and DevelopmentCollaborate with Marketing & Communications to ensure clarity of business requirements within the Digital CoEs for integration of digital marketing and communications tools and platforms across Carrier’s technology ecosystem.Manage custom development projects to address unique business requirements and enhance functionality.Collaboration and PartnershipAct as the primary liaison between Digital Technology (DT) and Corporate Marketing & Communications to ensure alignment on technology solutions, standards, resources, and budgets.Lead a matrixed group of digital program execution teams to deliver on time, with quality, and on budget.Operational Excellence, Governance & ComplianceManage the global Digital Technologies budget allocated to support Marketing & Communications programs and initiatives.Act as the primary owner of digital technology compliance for Marketing & Communications platforms, managing risk and maintaining alignment with corporate policies including cyber security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.Required Qualifications : 10 years of experience related to IT / Digital leadership including strategy and roadmap definitions, program planning, resource allocation, change management, and execution.5 years of experience with project management principles and skills such as agile methodology in the IT / Digital domain.5 years of experience working in a highly matrixed environment and with cross-functional leadership teams.Bachelor’s Degree.Preferred Qualifications : Demonstrated experience and knowledge in major CRM, content management, analytics / AI, and marketing technologies.Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science.#LI-OnsiteRSRCARCarrier is An Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
