Parts Counter Associate
Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Key Responsibilities:
· Fulfilling general duties, including but not limited to, showroom sales, phone sales, order entry, price quotations, driving forklift for loading/unloading trucks, shipping and receiving of parts and equipment, stocking of products in the showroom and warehouse.
· Promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our dealer network and mechanical contractors.
· Working closely with CGL departments and outside vendors.
· Utilizing positive communication skills.
· Providing superior customer service to our customers.
Requirements:
· Education: High School Diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
· Able to lift 70 pounds.
· Self-motivated with organizational skills
· Experience in MS Office, Word and Excel
Preferred Skills:
· Experience working with contractors and dealers, especially in the residential and/or commercial HVAC industry.
· Knowledge of a distribution environment with counter experience.
· Ability to work with other ERP business systems.
