The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication, including reading and interpreting engineered blueprints, building custom equipment, and operating various welding processes.
The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality equipment using various materials and techniques. You will also be expected to develop fixturing and manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and improve surface finishes of stainless steel metals and welds.

In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality equipment using various materials and techniques. You will also be expected to develop fixturing and manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and improve surface finishes of stainless steel metals and welds.
What You'll Do:
- Read and interpret engineered blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Build custom equipment using a tape measure, combination squares, and various hand tools.
- Operate GMAW (Mig Welding), GMAW-P (Pulse Mig Welding) & GTAW (Tig Welding) processes for carbon steel and stainless steel.
- Develop fixturing and manufacturing processes to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of prior experience; however, qualifications are based on abilities.
- Knowledge of fabrication equipment typical to the industry (e.g., overhead cranes and forklifts).
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work and ability to solve problems.
