About This Role
Looking for an entry level Test Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- In this role you will be responsible for the design, development, and integration of both hardware and software solutions utilizing VXI and PXI test systems.
- The candidate will be expected to help improve our department’s test code development tools. This includes working with test instrument drivers to crate wrappers for code mobility. This requires the candidate to be able to add functionality to existing objects and modules. The candidate will be supporting the department with new data functionality such as adding databases, generating statistical test reports, logging test results, and interfacing with a variety of factory data environments.
- Strong experience working with software development tools under Visual Studio \ DotNet Strong experience using Object Oriented techniques. A basic understanding of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) such as DC Power Supplies, Digital Acquisition, and Oscilloscopes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- 2 years of strong experience working with software development tools under Visual Studio \ DotNet
- 2 years of strong experience using Object Oriented techniques.
- Master’s Degree
- A basic understanding of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) such as DC Power Supplies, Digital Acquisition, and Oscilloscopes.
- Experience using NI TestStand
- General experience using Subversion.
- Experience with Arduino or Raspberry Pi modules.
