This position is for a senior professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Commercial HVAC Operations, who monitors manufacturing operations by auditing quality related items and developing action plans regarding cell performance and productivity. Is well versed in multiple Operations disciplines and is responsible for significant improvements to Operations processes and systems. Must have demonstrated ability to lead change management process by influence with field teams.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Execution:
- Operational leadership, support, sustainability and experience as an SME professional
- Support, coach and develop local leaders in Daily Management Board (DMB) process and sustainability
- Lead Daily Management Board accountability meetings, inclusive of Action Card planning and development
- SME for Scheduling and Optimization training, support and sustainability
- SME for service agreement renewal training, support and sustainability
- Primary field support liaison regarding Operational communication
- Operational troubleshooting assist
- Support labor forecast and accountability to business expectation
- Lead and coach problem solving exercises
- Voice of Field Operational activity
- Lead EH&S support strategies through field support teams
- Lead Change Management Process with field teams
- Operational liaison to Regional leadership
- Support Operational KPI, system and process enhancement
- Validate and testing of Operational process enhancement
- Technician Experience support and culture development in parallel with Business Operations leader
- Culture -Team Pulse improvement
- DMB Heat Map Improvement – task and adoption
- Scheduling & Optimization (S&O) – task and adoption
- Service Agreement Renewal Planning – renewal percentage v time
- Digitally Connected Chillers execution to plan
- External Focused Operational Priority Adoption and Improvement
- Internal Focused Operational Priority Adoption and Improvement
- EH&S TRIR Improvement
- Technician Experience – net additions to plan

- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of commercial HVAC operations experience
- Advanced to expert knowledge obtained through advanced education, combined with experience
- Substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems to make enhancements within job area
- Experience with S4 Hana and Salesforce highly desired
