Key Responsibilities
- Assisting Outside Sales Reps in Customer Site visits
- Supporting controls and service agreement estimation
- Shadowing on ALC operation job sites
- Learning how to leverage your STEM background into a technical sales role
- Learning ALC BMS Controls and HVAC industry nuances
- Learning Business Operations
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering, HVAC, Building Automation, or Construction Management
- Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Open to traveling with Service Sales Reps or Account Managers over 50% of the work week for local assignments, including occasional overnight stays
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Experience working with a Salesforce.com or similar Customer Resource Management tool (CRM)
- Ability to create and manage projects with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated to complete assigned projects
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
