About this Role:
The Associate Director, Talent and Succession is a global thought leader in strategy, design, and execution of Carrier's Talent Review, Succession, and High Potential development practices. This role drives measurable talent outcomes, including bench strength, internal mobility, high potential development, and readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global strategy and practices for always-on talent review, succession, and high potential development, aligning with business strategies.
- Develop and champion Carrier's Talent Ecosystem, including talent strategy, philosophy, behaviors, practices, and metrics.
- Lead the Carrier Talent Management Institute and other talent programs to develop talent capabilities for HRBPs and business leaders.
- Lead global executive coaching practice, ensuring ROI through intake, selection, contracting, and close-out.
- Lead Carrier's global assessment practice, building top talent self-awareness, development, and readiness for future roles.
- Partner with the Learning team to identify criteria and nomination approach for Carrier's high-potential programs.
- Partner with Executive Talent Acquisition to enable best-in-class selection practices using success profiles, cross-company slating, behavioral interviews, and predictive assessment.
- Partner with the HR Technology team to optimize Workday talent performance and capabilities, including talent pool management and talent marketplace.
- Design and lead CEO and ELT high potential exposure programs.
- Partner with People Analytics to manage global talent reporting and dashboarding, applying insights to drive talent outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of relevant experience in Talent Management or strategic HR role in a large global organization
- 3 years of experience in talent assessment, succession, high-potential development at a global level
- 3 years of experience working with C-Suite executives and other senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree preferred, preferably in I/O Psychology, Org Development, or related
