Technology that supports the buildings and industry of today and tomorrow requires a wide range of talents and skill sets.About this roleALC has an opportunity for a Project Manager who will t ake responsibility for aspects of commercial installation projects in a building solutions environment. The Project Manager will work closely with subcontractors & cross-functional teams and manage larger projects.The Project Manager will be working at our clients' sites in Reno Nevada and out of the Phoenix Arizona office .Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects i.e., follow project processes and provide direction to the Project Team
- Complete projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on-time and customer satisfaction
- Assist with managing and tracking the overall financial performance of projects i.e., project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A / R collections, and re-estimating costs of installation projects
- Control the delivery of the contracted scope and secure change orders upon scope creep
- Coordinate project materials; use shared resources; identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans to remedy any problems
- Build relationships with sub-contractors, identify issues, and take corrective action plans to remedy any mattersBasic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years plus of experience with managing projects
- 1 year plus of Experience in Building Automation, HVAC controls or commercial constructionPreferred Qualifications
- Associate degree, Technical / Business School Certificate or Diploma in HVAC, Control
- PMP certification
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving, planning and project management skills
- Ability to read and understand scope of work and blue prints
- Demonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting
- MS Office Suite
- English written and verbal communication skillsAdditional information :
