About This Role

This is a Hybrid role for candidates located in the Austin, Texas Area. This position is for a Subcontract Coordinator who is under moderate supervision. Solves moderately complex problems and assists staff in gathering, verifying, and processing documentation. May contribute to recommending, developing, and implementing new processes and analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage subcontract process, including collection and execution of subcontracts and subcontract lien waivers
• Work with subcontractors to resolve and open payable questions or disputes
• Manage payments to subcontractors and verification of pay when paid payment distribution
• Verify contractual information to ensure flow downs get applied to subcontracts
• Works under moderate supervision to perform clerical activities; responds to moderately complex email and phone inquiries
• Verifies data entry and monitors the maintenance of records.
• Maintain and update information in subcontractor files up to and including address changes, pricing, products, delivery instructions, or other customer notes as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• 2 years’ of work experience in supporting operations/service teams
• 2 years’ of work experience in a major ERP system (SAP, MSD, Oracle)
• 1 years’ work experience in subcontracting and AP

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 years’ work experience in subcontracting
• Knowledge in project forecasting or project budget analysis
• Experience in customer invoicing, AR, and collections efforts
• Requesting and understanding Certificates of Insurance
• 2 years in HVAC Construction Industry
• Experience in Prevailing Wages and/or Davis Bacon requirements
