What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst, MLD Systems Compliance position at Carrington?
What you'll do:
- Working knowledge of state and federal laws or regulations including, but not limited to: TRID, ECOA, Fair Housing Act, HMDA, Fair Lending, State or Federal High Cost, RESPA, FCRA/FACTA, Privacy, UDAAP, SAFE.
- Working knowledge of LOS systems e.g. Empower (preferably), Encompass, etc.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL preferred
- Intermediate analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions
- Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word, communicating orally with others accurately, audibly, and quickly
- Ability to make decisions commensurate to level of responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate factual information concisely.
- Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology
- Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule on short-term and long-term basis
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
