Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Safe operation of equipment
- Follows MSHA, EPA and all other applicable regulations
- Manual labor
- Proper cleaning of equipment inside and outside
- Perform pre and post trip inspections
- Prepare Daily Inspection Reports
- Weekly and general vehicle maintenance (as per the Vehicle Maintenance Schedule)
- Plant/Yard maintenance and housekeeping duties as assigned
- Understand and observe Carroll Concrete Company’s policies and procedures regarding customer relations
- Environmentally responsible at all times
- Attends and participates in weekly plant safety huddles
- Other duties and tasks as directed
- Always represent the company in a professional manner
- Work in a safe and efficient manner at all time
Education: High School Education or equivalent
Skills
- Must be dependable, a team player, have good communication skills and be safety conscious
- Must be able to work professionally with others and fosters a positive team environment
- Common sense, good judgement and willingness to work
Equipment operating experience is a must

Restrictions
- Must maneuver in and out of equipment safely
- Operate all equipment controls safely and accurately
- Perform multiple tasks of sustained viewing activity while operating equipment and maneuvering controls
- Must lift or maneuver up to 75lbs. multiple times throughout the workday
- Must perform manual labor throughout the workday
- Must work flexible hours, as necessary
